In 2006, I was cold-calling estate planners with the idea of settling large life insurance policies for two guys, who honestly never wanted to work for themselves, but rather have guiena pigs do it all for them. I came home one night, and said that I simply wasn't going to work in an enviroment like that, nor am I going to expose my clients to that type of work ethic.
After the revalation, I formed SettlementSYNC, a New York Life Settlement Brokerage focusing on the discount and wholesale niche of the marketplace offering clients 65 and over the oppurtunity to settle the existing policies they might have.
